Though you do have to know a bit more information if you want it calibrated as close as possible. The only issue is that the silver on the outside dial is rubbing off, leaving clear plastic underneath. No biggie as this watch is my everyday watch is put through a lot of abuse. I hate gaudy expensive watch snobbery. It's a time-teller not a bloody status symbol.Of course the crystal has become scratched (duh!) but otherwise it takes abuse. things I like: rubber strap - comfortable, flexible, doesn't pinch. Lightweight so I forget I have it on. Has a stainless metal clasp not velcro or something that will wear out. I like Indiglo. I like the "timer" function - it will count down a number of minutes that you set between 1 and 99. Great for not forgetting to flip burgers or check on the kids. Alarms are handy too.
