This watch is so cool, you should see it in the dark.It glows for hours, the hr./min. hands, numbers, and indices. Even the numbers on the bezal glow in the dark. It has a large face for anyone with poor eye sight. Thats why I bought it because my eyes aren't what they used to be. And I prefer analog watches anyway because I voluteer in EMS. The only thing I wish was different is that the second hand lit up. This watch tells time, and has a rotating outer ring, and not much else. Its numerals and hands glow in the dark, and has a nice large dial. It's not as easy to read as you might think given its size--it is really big--because of the diving dial, but I don't need reading glasses to read it. It is kind of thick and heavy, a very manly watch! When I received this watch I was instantly impressed with the quality. The band is thick and strong, yet flexible and soft against the skin. The metal is solid and sturdy, and the dial on the outside actually rotates. Even the container it comes in is very impressive and prestigious looking (makes for a nice presentation as a gift).There are two reasons I gave this 4 stars instead of 5: (1) The face is way too big for my wrist. Though, that isn't really the fault of the watch; my wrists are pretty skinny. Still, on a scale of normal sized watches this one goes on the larger end. (2) It's heavy. To keep the quality of the watch, Invicta seems to have sacrificed some level of comfort. In summary: if you have a big wrist and don't mind a little weight pulling it down, then give this a look. |
