The only issue that I have is that the band link keeps breaking. I have found it cheaper and easier to buy new watches than to replace the band. I bought 2 of them this time around. They generally last 2-3 years. This is my 4th watch of the exact same style. I really like the watch and it is a great value. My only knock on the watch is the band. They normally last for about a year and a half and then break long before the watch stops functioning, but the band has no replacement that I have ever found. I would give it 5 stars if the band lasted longer and/or was replacable. I use a 24HR format at work, it's a 24hr operation, this watch could also be set to read for 24hrs. At the push of a button has a bright glow/light in the dark, so you could still tell time in the darkest situation. It also has an alarm feature as well as stop watch.
